I'm from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and currently a university student pursuing a degree in Kinesiology alongside my OTA/PTA diploma. My passion for health and wellness extends beyond the classroom as I work at a gym and coach gymnastics which combines my love for movement, fitness, and helping others grow.

I'm also a proud auntie and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and hearing their stories.
